A vendor provides a W-9 that has Individual/Sole Proprietor or Single Member LLC selected as their business entity type, with their individual name on line 1 and their company name (DBA) on line 2. They supplied an EIN and the Tax ID is not passing validation under their individual name,  but it does TIN-match under their company name (DBA name). How should we handle this? A.
