Q. I am looking for some guidance on suppliers/vendors that are considered independent contractors (for 1099 reporting purposes). I cant find much specific to that kind of vendor payment aside from being touched on in a few places in the 1099 compliance guide. We are trying to streamline this process because it touches so many parts of our organization.
