Q. Can anyone share your company's travel policy concerning rental cars? I work in a manufacturing facility, and we have a team of 13 sales representatives who travel to sell our product. It was brought to my attention recently that some of the reps were renting a car for their travel from home, rather than using their own car and being reimbursed for mileage at the IRS standard rate.
