Possible error in IRS B-Notice

Q. We received a Payee Information Error Notification from the IRS stating that the TIN number was missing for a 2021 submission. We checked both the 1099 PDF and the FIRE file sent to the IRS and the EIN number are on both submissions. (The top right corner of the first page shows that this is a CP2100A Notice.) Could you please advise what our next course of action should be, as I have never encountered this issue before? A.
