Employee payment to consultant with company credit card

Q. In 2023 an employee paid $900 to a consultant with their company credit card. The consultant has reached out to our organization inquiring about their 1099. Since our organization did not pay the consultant directly, the payment information did not appear on our internal 1099 reporting information.
