Q. I have some questions around metrics for “invoices paid late.” From an AP benchmarking perspective: • What is the acceptable number of late invoices? Is it based on company size, based on the number of invoices processed? What does the best-in-class AP consider an acceptable number of invoices paid late? • What is the acceptable number of invoices on hold?
