Freda serves as General Counsel, Unclaimed Property for Sovos. She is a nationally recognized expert on unclaimed property laws with over 14 years working in the unclaimed property industry. She has counseled companies in all industries on unclaimed property issues including compliance, unclaimed property audit defense, voluntary disclosure, and other unclaimed property matters. She has authored numerous articles and is a recognized and frequent speaker at national and client driven conferences. Freda currently serves as the Vice President of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization.
