AR Chapter Leaders

Cindy Clark, ARM
President 

Cindy is Senior Manager of Vision Care Billing & AR Services at VSP Vision. As Senior Manager of Billing and AR Services, she leads teams in the delivery of service to customers through cash application and responses to email and telephone inquiries.

Cindy is excited to collaborate with the Liaisons of the AR IOFM Chapter and work alongside her professional peers in the industry to network, share best practices, and bring awareness and visibility to the Accounts Receivable profession. She brings chapter experience, having served as Secretary for the California IOFM Chapter.

Bilyana Gavrilova, AOCM, APS, APM
Vice President 

Bilyana leads the Shared Services Department at Catalina Marketing Corporation, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She manages AR, AP, and Payroll in both the U.S. and Costa Rica.

In her 20 years of experience in financial operations, she has been dedicated and passionate about process improvement and training to help her team succeed and grow.

Bilyana is a longtime member of IOFM’s AR and AP Advisory Panels. She has presented at IOFM webinars and conferences, and is also a member of IOFM’s Fraud Panel.

Ryann Welch
Membership Chair

Ryann is the Lead AR Specialist at Red Wing Shoe Company, an American footwear company based in Red Wing, Minnesota. Her special interests are process improvement in cash application as well as cross team functionality between AR, Credit, and AP.

She has a strong focus on building relationships with banking, credit card, and third-party billing partners. She is a member of IOFM’s AR Advisory Panel and is interested in learning, discussing, and networking with other AR professionals at all stages of their careers.

Lisa Rolfe, ARM
Credit & Collections and Customer Service

Lisa is Credit & Receivables Manager at The Reynolds Company. Lisa has devoted her 30-year career to working collections, building relationships with customers, and finding solutions to difficult situations.

She focuses on building relationships with sales and customers, walking the fine line between customer needs and company policy, and strategizing the most timely and workable plan for getting paid in the most timely way possible.

She has been an active member of the AR/O2C/C&C Panel since 2020 and has presented in IOFM webinars and podcasts.

Stephen Fulmer, MBA, ARM
Career Development and Training

Steve is a Financial Controller at South Mill Champs LLC. He currently manages all aspects of the accounting process (AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger) for the US-based operations.

Steve has completed intensive leadership training through a third party with a primary emphasis on team building and communication. In addition to his accounting responsibilities, Steve facilitates a variety of leadership training courses that South Mill now provides to their employees.

His passion is learning, teaching, and building high performing teams. Steve believes we should take time to celebrate the successes and laugh.

Debra R. Richardson, MBA, CFE, APM, APPM, CPRS
Fraud Awareness and Prevention

Debra is an accounts payable speaker, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of experience in AR, AP, GL, and financial reporting for Fortune 500 companies.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Debra works with financial operations teams to add authentication, internal controls, best practices and validations to prevent fraud, fines and bad data.

She is the owner of Debra R. Richardson, LLC and presents fraud awareness programs on her “Putting the AP in hAPpy” Podcast and You Tube Channel.

She is also President of the Central Atlantic Region IOFM Chapter.

Afia Achiaa Minta, ARM
Global Processing: Collections, Invoicing, MVF, Dispute Management

Afia is Accounts Receivables Lead, American Tower Corporation, Ghana. In her work, she drives excellence through effective receivables management and process improvement. Afia deals with both local regulations and those that often differ per region.

As the AR Chapter’s Global Processing Liaison, Afia will address the challenges and opportunities of doing business globally. She will also address the pain points to consider when invoicing and receiving internationally.

For those looking to go global, Afia can offer insights on how organizations can avoid revenue loss and operational inefficiencies with receivables processing.

Jenelle Robinson, MBA, APM, CPRS
AR/AP Communication and Collaboration

Jenelle is Accounts Payable Manager at Fluidra in San Diego CA. Jenelle is a long-time member of the IOFM Advisory Panel.

She is a strong proponent of cross-department collaboration between AP and AR. She requires her AP team to communicate monthly with Fluidra’s vendor AR teams.

Her particular focus concerning AP/AR communication is in ensuring that the invoicing process goes smoothly.

In IOFM’s webinars, surveys, and articles, she has advocated for setting a standard for “The Perfect Invoice.”
